We click our photos in either natural light or professional light so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye which can cause slight color difference.
All the products are truly handcrafted and hand done. Slight irregularities in motifs, textures and color is part of handcrafted products and also lend a character to it.

For Indigo and natural dying processes, please note, the fabric is of a natural indigo dye process and hence there is a possibility for it to run color in the first few washes, or run against the skin and light-coloured garments in extreme heat and moisture situations. This running of color is harmless, characteristic of Indigo dyeing, and generally does not fade the garment.

Cut in pure cotton Bagru handblock printed fabric, it features a round neckline, fitted bodice, a keyhole, and zipper closure at the back, spacious and statement front gathered pockets, short flared sleeves, and a paneled gathered skirt.

Shipping

Free shipping is available PAN India on orders above Rs. 2000. Shipping charges of Rs. 100 is applicable for orders below Rs. 2000.

Delivery

We ship orders in 5-8 business days. Customized orders can take up to 7-10 business days. Once shipped, the standard delivery timeline is 2-6 days depending on the place of delivery. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we will not be liable for the same. In case any item is found damaged or missing from the order, it should be informed to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange & Returns

• If you'd like to exchange or return any piece, please WhatsApp us with your order number.
• If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with the details of exchanging size. If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use credit note valid for 6 months provided the piece is unworn, clean and intact with all the original tags, labels and bill.
• We do not entertain exchanges any later than one week. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, kindly send us back immediately after receiving and reviewing your order.
• Exchanges or returns will only be processed after the discussion with us. Any piece sent to us without prior discussion will not be accepted and will have to be picked up by the customer.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Charges applicable - Rs. 150
• Please note that we only offer a one-time exchange.
• Customized products will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Products purchased using credit vouchers will not be eligible for further exchanges or returns.
• Products purchased in Sale are not eligible for Exchange/Return.
• We do not provide an exchange or return if the piece is found defective from your end.

Credit note
In case of returns, we issue a credit note on that order number equivalent to the value of the item returned. Credit notes have a validity of 6 months. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.

Cancellation
We do not offer any cancellation on any orders as we do not mass produce the garments and work on an order-to-order basis. We request you to go through the size chart properly before placing an order. In case of any confusion, you can always message us.
