1. What are the different modes of payment you use?

We use UPI Payments through id and QR scanner, card payments through Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diner club and Rupay, and Net banking transfers.

If you do not use any online modes of payment, you can also make a direct bank transfer to the account mentioned below-

2. What is the best way to reach out to you?

The best way to reach us is on WhatsApp. We are available Mon to Sat, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can reach out to us on the website through the WhatsApp icon below on the website.

3. What is the timeline and charges for shipping?

⁃ Free shipping is available PAN India.
⁃ Timeline to dispatch orders is 7-10 business days. Customized orders can take 10-12 business days.
⁃ Standard delivery timeline is 2-6 business days depending on the location.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, a notification will be sent with the tracking details. This will help you be hand on with your shipment.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

⁃ We accept exchange/return within 7 days of delivery of the shipment.
⁃ You must reach out to us on WhatsApp before placing an exchange/return. Items sent without a prior discussion will not be accepted.
⁃ We can provide an exchange or a credit note (valid for 6 months) based on the requirement. We do not offer any cash refunds.
⁃ Items purchased by using a credit voucher are not eligible for exchange/return.
⁃ We offer a one-time exchange only.

6. How can I use a credit note or discount coupon?

You can mention the code at the time of checkout in the ‘Discount code’ field and avail a percentage off on your total order.
Please note, discount/ credit codes are for one-time use only and multiple codes cannot be used at the same time.

7. Where can I find the size chart and choose the right size for me?

⁃ The size chart is available on every product page. You can click on the pop-up link and refer to the chart.
⁃ The size chart mentions body measurements and not the garment measurements.
⁃ Refer to the size chart for body measurements and read the product description and size guidance mentioned below on every product page. Any guidelines specific to that style will be mentioned, for example, if it’s a loose fit shirt or a regular fit dress. You will be able to select your size more effectively after reading the product description.
⁃ You can refer to ‘Size guidance’ tab on the product page to understand your measurements.
⁃ In case of any confusion in size, we prefer you reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will be able to guide you.

8. How can I customize my outfit and what are the charges?

- Customizations are chargeable. Minimum charge of Rs.200 is applicable for any/all customization. All customized orders need to be prepaid as the garment will be custom-made for you.

- Please reach out on WhatsApp to discuss your customization requests before placing the order. Post discussion, you can mention the requirements in the notes section and place your order.
