Exchange & Returns
- If you'd like to exchange or return any piece, please WhatsApp us with your order number.
- If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with the details of exchanging size. If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use credit note valid for 6 months provided the piece is unworn, clean and intact with all the original tags, labels and bill.
- We do not entertain exchanges any later than one week. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, kindly send us back immediately after receiving and reviewing your order.
- Exchanges or returns will only be processed after the discussion with us. Any piece sent to us without prior discussion will not be accepted and will have to be picked up by the customer.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Applicable charges - Rs. 200
- Please note that we only offer a one-time exchange.
- Customized products will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Products purchased using credit vouchers will not be eligible for further exchanges or returns.
- The entire process of Exchange/return can take upto 15-20 days.
- We do not provide an exchange or return if the piece is found defective from your end.
Credit note
In case of returns, we issue a credit note on that order number equivalent to the value of the item returned. Credit notes have a validity of 6 months. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
Cancellation
We do not offer any cancellation on any orders as we do not mass produce the garments and work on an order-to-order basis. We request you to go through the size chart properly before placing an order. In case of any confusion, you can always message us.
Please Note -
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/bill or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us on the WhatsApp icon below and we will share further details.
- If your return is accepted by a conversation with us, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
